How We Got Started
United Pro Van Lines came together after seeing too many people go through the same frustrating experience — movers who showed up late, quoted one price and charged another, and handled belongings without care. We knew there was a better way to run a moving company, and we set out to prove it.
From the beginning, we prioritized the things that actually matter to customers: showing up on time, communicating clearly, and treating every home, office, and item with the professionalism it deserves. We invested in proper equipment, trained our crews thoroughly, and built a process that minimizes stress from the first call to the final box placed.
